"My mom was shown so much love and kindness while there and that was all because of the wonderful staff you have. The staff all seem happy and content with their jobs. I asked several why GrayBrier is so different from other nursing homes and the replies were “the administration.” Every employee I talked with during my time there offered help in any way they could to me and my mom, they came by to check on me while I stayed 10 days 24/7 with her, including the staff that didn’t take care of her on that hallway. Staff from housekeeping and laundry checked on us, a kitchen staff member came and prayed with my mom and I and brought us a tray. The social workers, CNAs, and nurses came by to see if we needed anything and checked on us. These people made things so much easier for me and my mom because of their kind words and prayers. Staff at other nursing facilities could learn a lot from your team. We will always recommend GrayBrier above any other facility if ever asked for references from friends or anyone we know.
